1．Products and nutritional knowledge training
产品及营养知识培训
1)Understands Herbalife products and company culture, assist the company to establish the training system in accordance with the business goal
了解康宝莱产品及公司文化，以适应公司产品市场营销为目标，协助公司完成培训体系
2)Accords with market demand and distributor's sales activities, holds trainings in different forms and themes, in order to improve distributor teams’ professional level
结合市场需求和经销商营销活动，进行不同形式和主题的培训，提高营销团队专业水平
2. Combines the products and relevant marketing strategies, carries on the market promotion activities
结合产品及市场相关营销策略，进行市场推广活动
3. Collects market information of the products and feedback to the company, and offers corresponding properly suggestions of products development
收集产品市场信息，反馈予公司，并提出适合产品市场发展的建议
4. Provides consultation to customers and distributors on our company products and nutritional knowledge
解答顾客和营销人员对产品及营养知识咨询
5. Handle products complains
产品投诉处理
6. Conducts company internal training about the products knowledge, in order to improve the service standard of each position
公司员工内部产品知识培训，以便提高各个岗位的服务标准
任职基本要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above in medical Science, pharmacy, nutrition or related disciplines
医学、药学、营养学相关专业本科及以上学历
2. Over 3 years’ related experience, preferable with training experience in multinational companies
相关工作经验3年以上，有培训经验者优先
3. Strong objective oriented, good market sense
工作中目标性强，有一定的市场敏感度
4. Good communication and presentation skills, full of team cooperation spirit

5. Capability of team management, plan and organization of large-scale products training and promotion activities
