职位说明:
1.协同与客户的日常交流及关系维护,并报告给相关上级区域经理。
2.监督执行公司的质量标准。
3.执行日常客户满意度督察及收集并整理员工意见/投诉并报告给相关上级区域经理。
4.理解贯彻公司的服务范围并协同上级区域经理完成客户商业潜能的调查。
5.确保员工受到正确/正规的日常培训。
6.协助维持员工的人员保持率。
7.协助区域经理完成既定额度的年度目标。
8.用适当的方式向各类客户及参观人员阐述公司形象。
任职要求:
1.良好的教育背景,大学及以上学历优先考虑。
2.酒店\财务管理\大型连锁店\食品等快速消费品及客户服务行业至少三年以上工作经验。
3.良好的服务意识,团队意识及沟通能力。
4.良好的抗压能力及独立应对棘手事件能力。
5.能应用日常英语交流者优先。
6.熟练应用计算机技术。
7.有西餐管理经验者优先。
Unit Manager (Catering)
Job Description:
1. Manage daily relationship vs. clients and report to area manager accordingly.
2. Execute company quality standard.
3. Collect satisfaction analysis from clients and suggestions/complaints from employees, report to related area managers accordingly.
4. Master Company's service contant and work together with area manager on business potential survey.
5. Hold strong training ability and deliver proper/regular training to staff members.
6. Keep staff retention rate.
7. Achieve financial objective.
8. Represents company Image to clients, customers and visitors in a nice way.
Requirements:
1. Good education background, college diploma or above degree is preferable.
2. At least three years working experiences in hotel, finance management, chain-stores, food and beverage services or customer services.
3. Good service sense, communication skill as well as team spirit
4. Ability to work under great pressure and good performance in solving emergency case independently.
5. Good English skill, both oral and written. Good PC skills .
6. Familiar with western-style food is preferable.
